Project Description:

Humanoid robots rapidly enter our life. However to communicate efficiently with people a robot need not only to look like a human but also behave accordingly. In this project we will make a robot head look at the face of the person it is interacting with. This task starts with detecting humans or faces in the field of view, selecting one for interaction and continuously looking at his face during movements. The project can involve the cameras from both eyes, as a stereo pair, to increase the tracking robustness. The entire system will be tested on a real robot head.

In this project we will develop algorithm and create an application.
